Q: When should I order my veil?

A: The best time to order your veil is when you place your gown order. This ensures a good colour match however, if this is not possible, you will need to order your veil around 8 weeks before your hair trial as all of our veils are handmade to order. Please note all made to order veils are non-returnable.

Q: My gown is and unusual shade, can you match the colour in a veil?

A: The most popular shades of veil are Ivory, White, Antique, Gold, Shell Pink, Mink, Coffee, Red and Diamond White, but there are many more besides. If you are unsure which shade you need, you can either bring a swatch of your dress fabric and we'll match it for you, or we can send you some veil shade samples.

Q: The length of veil I require is not a standard length, can you help?

A: Yes, all our veils are made to order, so just let us know the specific length you require and we'll be happy to give you a quote.

Q: When should I order my tiara?

A: Our tiaras are mostly handmade, so you will need to order them around 8 weeks before your hair trials to ensure delivery in time to show your hairdresser. We also have a number of styles available from stock, so if you need a tiara asap, pop by the shop and we'll be happy to show you what's available. Please note that all made to order Tiaras are non-returnable and any tiaras from stock are subject to a strict 14 day returns policy.

Q: Can I have coloured crystals in my tiara?

A: Yes, there are many different shades of crystal and pearl available in our handmade tiara range. We have a colour chart in store to ensure your tiara looks perfectly coordinated with your dress and other accessories.You can also choose either a gold or silver base to our handmade tiaras and combs.

Q: When do I need to have my shoes?

A: Shoes are a real essential for gown fittings, so we recommend that you order your shoes at least 3 weeks before your fitting to ensure delivery.

Q: Is there a shoe dying service available?

A: Yes, we offer a fantastic shoe dying service on all of our 'Rainbow' collection of shoes. They can be dyed before or after they have been worn to any shade you require. We also offer a dying service on all 'Rainbow' Collection handbags to complete your look.

Q: Can any pair of shoes be dyed to the colour I want?

A: Only shoes that carry the 'Rainbow' collection label can be dyed with us at present. Rainbow Shoes are made with the very finest quality of satin and contain absolutely no polymers (plastic derived fibres) Many high street brands of satin shoe (although stating they are 'dyable') do in fact contain polymers and repel shoe dye, so to ensure your shoes are dyed to perfection, we only accept 'Rainbow' shoes for dying.
